Wood We Use
Rough Sawn Timber
Our Sawn timber is of good quality British Pine timber FSC approved. It has been kiln dried and pressure treated to protect against fungal & insect attack for longer life. They come in either (Green) or (Brown) guaranteed for up-to 10 years against rot and insect attack.
As this is rough sawn timber it may have some in-perfections such as small cracks and knots, This is normal for this wood and isn't structurally integral. Also with this being rough sawn external grade wood it may not come in the exact thickness and width of the displayed product.
Decking Boards
Our Decking Boards are FSC approved and responsibly grown pine timber from Scandinavia. Slow grown from sustainable harvested from forest no younger than 80 years old.
They have been been kiln dried and pressure treated to help protect against fungal & insect attack for longer life. It has been treated to last upto 10 years rot free.
This wood may have some in-perfections such a knots, this is normal for this wood and isn't structurally integral. The wood may also differ slightly in thickness due to it being external treated timber.
Scandinavian Redwood
Our PSE Red Wood timber come in many sizes and thicknesses. They're sourced from Scandinavia, and they're all FSC® approved and responsibly grown from sustainable forests.
They Come from slow grown forests (minimum 80 years old) and have amazing looking grain and planed smooth.
